Terms of Service
Last updated September 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of VechtenAI Studio (the "Service"), operated by Vechten Labs ("Vechten Labs", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
1. The Service
VechtenAI Studio generates images and video from a prompt or a link. Requests are routed across multiple third-party AI providers; on paid plans, a supervising model plans the work in advance and scores the results against that plan. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any particular provider or model at any given time, and we may add, remove, or substitute providers and models without notice.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and organization.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or presents a security risk.
3. Plans, credits and payment
Access to the Service is governed by a plan: a free plan with daily credits, or a paid plan purchased for a fixed period. Credits reset daily and do not roll over. Unused credits at the end of a paid period are forfeited unless we state otherwise. Prices are shown before checkout and are charged in advance for the plan's duration. Payments are processed by a third-party processor (for example, Stripe) or, where offered, settled manually or via cryptocurrency and reviewed before a plan is granted; we do not store your full payment card details.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase. We may change plan prices or credit allowances for future billing periods with notice; changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or request content that:
- Is illegal, or that infringes another party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including sexual or defamatory depictions;
- Constitutes child sexual abuse material in any form — this is a zero-tolerance violation, reported to relevant authorities and resulting in immediate termination;
- Is intended to deceive (for example, misleading synthetic media presented as authentic), harass, or incite violence; or
- Attempts to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or overload it (for example, automated abuse of the API outside documented rate limits).
We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate an account for a violation of this section, with or without notice.
5. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts, links, and reference images you submit ("Inputs"), and, subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we assign to you our rights in the media generated from your Inputs ("Outputs") to the extent we are able to do so. Because Outputs are produced by third-party AI models, your rights in an Output may also be subject to that provider's own terms, and generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for how you use Outputs, including verifying you have the right to use any brand material or reference image you upload.
You grant us a limited license to process your Inputs and Outputs solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service, including sending them to the AI providers that generate or judge them.
6. Third-party providers
The Service works by calling third-party AI providers under our own platform-level credentials; you do not need, and cannot use, your own API keys. Each provider processes the prompts and images necessary to serve your request under its own terms and technical limitations, which are outside our control. We select and audit providers in good faith but are not responsible for their errors, downtime, or content policies.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI -generated Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a given purpose; you are responsible for reviewing an Output before relying on or publishing it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vechten Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or a legal or security requirement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
